Monthly Mega Quad

The Manasota Chess Center will hold a U.S. Chess Federation (USCF) rated Quad tournament for up to 36 players (up to 9 quad sections). All rounds are Game in 40 minutes, with a 5-second delay.

• LUNCH PROVIDED between 11:00-12:00 PM
• PRIZES: $40 for each quad section winner, or free private lesson if under 1400.
• ROUNDS: 3 rounds, 1st round at 12 PM
• ENTRY FEE: $20 for Manasota Chess Center members; $25 for non-members. NOTE: Manasota Chess Center members should enter the discount code when completing the online registration form.
• REGISTRATION: ALL PLAYERS must have a valid USCF membership ID# to participate. Non-USCF members can purchase a membership or renew it at the tournament site. USCF membership MUST be purchased or renewed before the tournament begins. The end of online registration is 11 AM the day of the event.

Chess sets and clocks will be provided.
