Photo Release Form

The Manasota Chess Center has my permission to use photographs taken of me at the Manasota Chess Center, or at locations where it holds events, in order to promote the Manasota Chess Center. I understand that these photographic images may be used in various marketing communications, which may include, but are not limited to, print publications, online publications, advertisements, posters, brochures, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of the use of such photographs in the noted marketing communications.
